Residential IT Services

We make home IT simple, transparent, and stress-free:

$120 for the first hour, which includes the callout fee.
After the first hour, additional time is charged at $50 per 30 minutes.
Our friendly experts will discuss your needs, provide solutions, and give an estimate before you commit. Most issues are generally resolved within the first hour, so you’ll rarely pay for more than that.

Accessible IT Support for Everyone

We believe quality support should be affordable and accessible to all members of our community. To help with this, we offer concessional pricing for eligible customers, including:

Pensioners and holders of a Pensioner Concession Card or Commonwealth Seniors Health Card. These cards are issued by Services Australia and often indicate eligibility for government‑supported discounts.
People with a disability or those on a disability support pension or health care card, which can help demonstrate financial need.
Other concession card holders (e.g., Centrelink Health Care Cards, Seniors Card, Carers). Please ask if you’re unsure whether your card qualifies.

How it works:
If you hold one of these concession cards, simply let us know when you book your appointment and we’ll apply the appropriate discount to your quote. Discounts may vary based on the type of service and concession, and may require presentation of a valid concession card at the time of service.
